Household chemicals for removing fat
In stores today, there are many products for removing fat, including old ones. The most affordable and safest of them is ordinary dishwashing liquid. It is quite capable of cleaning a small amount of fresh fat on any surface.

Chemicals for the oven can be liquid or loose. The latter, as a rule, contain abrasive substances, so they should be used with care so as not to scratch the glossy coating. In the instructions, it is clearly written how to use this or that product, how long to leave it before washing off.
Home remedies
This concept refers to tools that can be found in the kitchen of every housewife:
- Ammoniac. To prepare the solution, you need to take 1 part of ammonia and 4 parts of water. For work, you will also need two metal containers, a sponge. Gloves should be worn on the hands. You need to remove everything stored there from the oven, heat it to 200 degrees, and turn off the heating. Two containers, one with water, the other with alcohol, are placed in the oven for an hour so that evaporation occurs. In case of serious pollution, the bowls are placed for 7-8 hours, occasionally reheating the oven. After that, alcohol is mixed with water and a spoonful of soda, and all surfaces are wiped with the solution. For final cleaning, dip the sponge in clean water, wipe the cabinet again, wipe dry with a paper towel.
- Baking soda. Prepare a gruel from soda and a small amount of water. Apply it with a sponge to the inner surface of the cabinet, leave it for a day or overnight. Clean with warm water. For a greater effect, soda can be mixed with salt.
- Vinegar. Before using any acid, you need to read the instructions for use of the device to see if it will harm the coating. For the solution, water and vinegar are taken in equal quantities. They are applied to the walls inside the oven, heated to 210 degrees. After 40 minutes, clean the cabinet with water.
- Citric acid. Acid powder is mixed with soda and vinegar is added little by little until a slurry appears. It is used in the same way as in the second example. The oven should be preheated before cleaning. Remove the porridge after the cabinet has completely cooled down.
- Salt. With its help, you can clean the grease that has just been spilled. It is enough to cover the horizontal surfaces of the oven with it and turn on the maximum heat. The salt will gradually begin to acquire a golden hue. After that, the cabinet is turned off, cooled, and the salt and fat are washed off.

- Hydrogen peroxide. This liquid can be purchased at a pharmacy. Three percent peroxide is mixed with soda to the consistency of gruel. How to use porridge was already explained above.
- Baking dough. This powder can successfully replace soda. They are sprinkled on moistened areas of the oven. After several hours, you need to clean the oven and dry it, heating it to a temperature of 110-150 degrees.
If the chosen method turns out to be ineffective, you can use any other or one of the household chemicals.
