  • Clean clothes by turning them inside out. So the paint will really be removed, and not “rubbed” into the fibers of the fabric.
  • Conduct a cleaning test by testing the chosen product on a small area of the material, in less visible areas.

  3. Rub with household soap or dishwashing liquid. If you have a product made of dense fabric, use a brush and rub it a little.
  4. Make a concentrated soap solution (soap shavings, gel or powder with water). Soak the laundry in it for four hours. You can add 1-2 tbsp. vinegar

How to get rid of dry spots

If the paint has dried, it will be much more difficult to wash it off, almost impossible. Try the methods described above first, especially those with alcohol content. If they did not help, then you can either throw away the damaged clothes, or use serious chemicals:

  • gasoline;
  • white spirit;
  • acetone;
  • turpentine;
  • any other solvents.

Note that these drugs can deform and discolor the fabric at the treatment site. Synthetic materials cannot be treated with solvents, as they can burn the material.

Before using these tools, carefully scrape the paint off the surface of the material with a blade. Then, spread the linen on the table and walk over the problem area with a sponge soaked in one of the solvents. If, after all, a small spot remains, wash it with soap. Then rinse the thing and wash it in the automatic mode.
