The use of oil of any origin for cooking contributes to the formation of such a soot during the cooking process and sticks very firmly to the dishes. With long-term use of the pan, the layer increases and can reach a thickness of several centimeters. As a result, the entire surface is covered with a thick layer of soot. Such a significant layer, most likely, will not be able to be cleaned with a special detergent, but there are several non-standard ways to remove soot from aluminum pans.

Perhaps the most effective method is to burn the pan over an open fire. You will need a blowtorch for this. With its help, you can get rid of soot stuck on the outside very easily and quickly.

  1. To prepare the solution, you will need 500 grams of soda ash, household soap and a couple of 50 gram bottles of silicate glue.
  2. Pour all the ingredients with 10 liters of water, lower the dishes intended for cleaning into it, and put them on fire.
  3. After 30-40 minutes, even the most hardened soot will begin to move away from the surface of the pan by itself.

In addition to folk recipes, you can use modern chemical means to clean an aluminum pan from soot. When using such substances, remember that the room in which the cleaning will be carried out must be well ventilated, and all work must be carried out in tight rubber gloves.
